Smart agriculture platform based on IOT integrates the industry leading technical advantages like high performance meteorological grade sensors, military high reliability, high stability UVA and domestic initiative multipurpose plant protective hovercrafts manufactured by the 49th Institute of China Electronics Technology Group (the only military institute of sensors assembling production line certified by the General Reserve Department of PLA) and provides ground-sky all-round solution for smart agriculture. Meteorological grade sensor hardware and IOT software system is the only military-technology-to-civil-use product at home of high stability, high reliability and high accuracy that can communicate with the ground meteorological station. The platform realizes the intellisense, intelligent early warning, intelligent analysis, intelligent decision-making and intelligent on-line expert instruction under agriculture production environment through temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind and other meteorological elements monitoring in combination with smart agriculture big data platform, and provides for agricultural production the precision planting, visual management, intelligent decision and the whole from field to table process of product quality traceability system.


(1)Production information monitoring and management platform
Sensing units including sensors automatically get environment parameters and crop growth information, gather to data storage unit through wireless transmission, and finally present to the users in form of data lists, dynamic curves and so on. A great number of data of crop growth environment and trend stored in the database can directly reflect the growth status and nutrient levels as well as provide theoretical basis for subsequent successful experience of crop planting and more scientific planting decisions. Combined with satellite remote sensing and UAV technology, the platform provides rapid and scientific emergency dispatching scheme when diseases, pests and natural disasters happen in large area to reduce the agricultural losses.
(2)Agronomists analysis and forecast platform
According to the knowledge of agricultural production, using mathematical analysis method, the platform statistically analyzes and releases real-time crop growth environment parameters, crop condition and remote sensing data collected in sensing units like sensors, provides accurate scientific data resources for intelligent early warning and production decision-making guidance to realize information resources sharing, to make crop grow in the optimal environment, to ensure the safety of crop production in production base, to reduce probability of plant diseases and pests in large area, and to make sure the pest control and prevention reasonable.
(3)Agricultural machinery sales platform
We build a large e-commerce platform combining production and marketing docking innovation service of online trading and offline distribution, and support different mode of e-commerce operation demand at the same time, to help agricultural enterprises, farmers and agricultural cooperatives widen sales channels and to create reliable online business circles for agriculture-involving units. We will provide rapid and convenient carries for the circulation of agricultural products to implement end-to-end trade service, and make trading circulation of agricultural products enter into the fast lane of informatization and intellectualization.
(4)Public service platform
We build unified agricultural resource public service platform focus on intelligent terminal and mobilizes the agricultural information service system on the basis of complete integration of agricultural resource information as well as service of grassroots farmers as the core. The platform creates information service system of agricultural technology, agricultural resources, market condition and agricultural culture in all aspects and builds a comprehensive, professional and quick channel of communication about diagnosis and service of plant diseases and pests.
